First, you click the file and new.
Click the international paper.
Then click the image rotation <90 CCW>
You are ready to start!
Open the photo you want to edit.
Click the quick selection tool.
Click the refine edge.
Click the box to check the decontaminate colors.
Drag it to the circle area.
CTRL + T to transform picture.
Add other pictures.
Unlock the background.
Click the layer 1 and click the blending options.
You will see the layer style and click the outer glow.
This will be the result of the outer glow.
Add text you want to put in.
Resize the text and change the font style.
Click the layer of the text and right click and you will see the blending options and click the color overlay.
Add new text and do the same way.
DONE!
